These terms govern use of the FOUR Property Services website. They do not form the service contract for a particular job. Any work will be subject to a separate written quote and the terms supplied with it.

Enquiries and quotes

Submitting a form or sending a message is an enquiry only. It does not create a booking or oblige either party to proceed. A service is confirmed only when scope, price, timing and applicable terms have been agreed in writing. Quotes may depend on accurate property information, photographs or an inspection.

Representative images illustrate the standard and type of work we aim to provide and are not evidence of a particular completed project.
